For babies who were born prematurely. New level DHA. Milk-based with iron. For babies 0-12 months. #1 brand fed in hospitals.
Directions
Use as directed by a doctor. Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions. Proper hygiene, handling and storage is important when preparing infant formula. Failure to follow these directions could result in severe harm. Consult your baby's doctor about the formula appropriate for your baby; the need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing, and the need to boil (sterilize) utensils, bottles, nipples and rings before use. Wash your hands, surfaces and utensils. Pour water into clean bottle (see mixing guide). Add 1 unpacked level scoop (9.6 g) to each 2 fl oz of water. Return dry scoop to can. Cap bottle; shake well; attach nipple. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. Mixing guide: Measure 2 fl oz of water + add 1 unpacked level scoops powder = finished bottle (approx.) 2 fl oz. Measure 4 fl oz of water + add 2 unpacked level scoops powder = finished bottle (approx.) 4 fl oz. Measure 8 fl oz of water + add 4 unpacked level scoops powder = finished bottle (approx.) 8 fl oz. When mixed as directed, 13.1 oz container makes approx. 87 fl oz of formula. Storage: Once mixed, store bottles in refrigerator and feed to baby within 24 hours. Store unopened or opened container at room temperature, avoid extreme temperatures. Use opened can contents within 1 month.
